As the price of XRP and other digital assets continues to fluctuate, Ripple has been involved in multiple significant transactions as whales move large amounts of XRP to various exchanges. On 1 January, Ripple conducted its regular withdrawal of one billion XRP from its escrow account; however, it locked back up 700 million XRP.
