Michael Saylor Sued For Allegedly Evading District Taxes For Over Ten Years

The founder of MicroStrategy, Chairman Michael Saylor, has been accused by the Washington D.C. Attorney General of evading $25 million in district taxes over ten years. MicroStrategy was also named in the suit claiming it conspired to help Saylor evade the taxes, and shares of the company have declined 6% following the news.
